Spiritual DIrector

I am a wife, mother, grandparent, and lifelong learner with a deep desire to notice and respond to God’s presence in everyday life.
My background includes work in pharmacy and public health, along with formation in spiritual direction through Saint John’s University. Over time, my journey has led me toward accompanying others in their spiritual lives through listening, reflection, and prayerful conversation.
I offer spiritual direction as a quiet, steady space to slow down, listen inwardly, and become more attentive to where God may be at work in your life.

My Guiding Principles
Spiritual direction is a sacred calling- a vocation- one that I hold with care, humility, and deep reverence. The way I accompany others is shaped by a personal set of guiding principles formed through prayer, study, and experience. These principles are not something I place upon those I meet with, but rather the posture I carry into each session; a way of listening, discerning, and remaining attentive to God’s presence already at work in your life.
